MEYOU Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases, transactions, Coins, and paid services made on the MEYOU mobile application (“Platform”), operated by COMPASS DIGITAL (Udyam Registration No: UDYAM-MH-19-0141113, GST: 27BDLPK2182C2ZN).

By using MEYOU and making any payment, you agree to this Policy.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

All purchases made on MEYOU, including Coins, virtual items, and paid calling services, are final and non-refundable.

No refund will be provided once:

  • A call is connected or initiated
  • A service is executed or consumed
  • Coins or virtual items are credited to your account

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be cancelled
  • Users may request cancellation within 1 hour of payment, only if the service has not been used
  • Approval of such cancellation/refund is solely at MEYOU’s discretion

3. No Refund for User Errors

MEYOU is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect inputs or accidental purchases
  • Sharing wrong details or selecting wrong services
  • Any decisions made in haste

Users are advised to review all details before making a payment.

4. No Refund for Calls & Interactions

  • No refund will be issued for any completed or connected call
  • MEYOU does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of conversations
  • User dissatisfaction, personal expectations, or experience quality are not valid reasons for refund

5. Technical Issues Exception (Limited Cases Only)

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases, such as:

  • Severe network failure during a call
  • Call not connecting due to platform error

Such requests:

  • Must be reported within a reasonable time
  • Will be reviewed internally
  • Are subject to final approval by MEYOU

6. Payment Issues & Duplicate Transactions

In case of payment failure or duplicate transactions:

  • Users must verify whether payment was deducted before retrying
  • If multiple payments are made for the same transaction, MEYOU will refund the extra amount only

7. Service Unavailability

If MEYOU is unable to provide a service due to:

  • Technical issues
  • System errors
  • Service unavailability

The amount may be refunded at our discretion.

8. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 3–7 business days
  • Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or MEYOU wallet (if applicable)
  • Applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted

9. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

  • Any misuse of refund requests may result in account suspension
  • MEYOU reserves the right to deny refunds in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity

10. Final Decision

All refund-related decisions are at the sole discretion of MEYOU, and such decisions shall be final and binding.
