These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) govern your use of the MEYOU calling platform (“Platform”) and must be read with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (“Platform Policies”). By using MEYOU, you agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws.
1. Safe Calling Environment
MEYOU is designed for respectful 1-on-1 conversations. We use AI moderation and monitoring tools to detect unsafe behavior. We reserve full rights to suspend or permanently ban any user without notice for violations.
2. Strict Behavior Rules (VERY IMPORTANT)
The following actions are strictly prohibited during calls or chats:
- Any sexual, explicit, or inappropriate conversation or behavior
- Asking for or sharing private photos, videos, or contact details
- Harassment, abuse, stalking, or repeated unwanted calls
- Using vulgar language, threats, or intimidation
- Impersonation or fake identity usage
Violation = Instant ban + possible legal action
3. Privacy Protection
- Recording calls, taking screenshots, or sharing conversations without consent is strictly prohibited
- Do not share personal details (number, address, social media, etc.)
- Attempting to extract private information from other users is not allowed
4. Zero Tolerance for Sexual Misuse
MEYOU maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Sexual content, nudity, or suggestive behavior
- Any activity involving minors (strictly illegal)
- Sexual harassment or exploitation
Such actions may lead to permanent ban + reporting to authorities
5. Fair Usage & Platform Integrity
- No bots, automation, or multiple/fake accounts
- No manipulation of calls, coins, or system features
- Only use official payment methods
6. Payments & Coins
- All purchases are final and non-refundable
- Coins/virtual items are licensed, not owned
- Misuse of payments may result in account suspension
7. Reporting & Enforcement
Users can report any violation by emailing support@meyouapp.com.
MEYOU may take actions including:
- Content removal
- Temporary or permanent account suspension
- Reporting serious cases to law enforcement authorities
8. No Emergency Use
MEYOU is only for social interaction and not for emergency communication.
9. User Liability
You are solely responsible for your actions and agree to indemnify MEYOU against any legal claims arising from misuse of the platform.
10. Updates
MEYOU may update these Guidelines anytime. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
